I am beyond pleased with our experience at Augusta Animal Clinic. We made the decision to switch vets due to our German Shepherd's symptoms not subsiding after repeated visits. I called Augusta to inquire about availability and Lisa was able to promptly schedule an appointment. When we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. Our dog gets highly anxious at the vet, but Dr. Dave was extremely patient and understanding and put him at ease. We knew immediately from the questions he asked that he was extremely knowledgable and highly experienced. He displayed genuine care for our concerns and was able to quickly provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. We couldn't be happier with our decision to switch vets and look forward to working with them again. I cannot recommend Augusta enough!
